Therapy Services

In our isolation, we deprive ourselves of the very things that we require
to stay emotionally vital: community, ritual, nature, compassion, reflection, beauty, and love ... Facing the sorrows of the world requires that we remain intimate with the world
— Francis Weller

It is not good to suffer alone.  Loneliness, particularly suffering in isolation, can be one of the most painful human experiences.  We need human encounter to feel alive, to feel connected, to feel like we have the capacity to endure our circumstances.  We also need relationship with ourselves to have a feeling for who we are, to make authentic decisions, and to continue forward in our lives.  At Wellwood Counselling, we believe so firmly in this that we are committed to being with you as you bear your suffering, connect with your abilities, and discover deeper aspects of yourself.
